About me
I am a curious and driven professional who enjoys working with people, continuously developing myself, and helping organizations move forward with clear insights. After studying Commercial Economics, I started in the FMCG sector, working in stores on a daily basis. I interacted with entrepreneurs, observed consumer behavior, and analyzed promotions, store layouts, and customer routes. I still draw on this hands-on experience today.

This was followed by twenty valuable years at Motivaction, where I worked on complex research projects, supported clients, explored technological developments, and specialized in target group thinking. During that time, the world changed rapidly—from the rise of the internet and smartphones to the growth of AI and online shopping. All developments that directly impact retail, city centers, and shopping areas.

What I stand for
At RMC, I combine my experience with real-time data on visitor flows, origin, and shopper profiles. This adds an extra layer to what I enjoy most: translating data into insights that truly help clients move forward.

My goal is to help organizations grow through a better understanding of human behavior. Our environment is constantly evolving. If you understand how consumers move, what drives them, and why they make certain choices, you can respond more effectively.

I believe in collaboration, clear communication, and a strong customer focus. I enjoy guiding clients through what our data shows—and, more importantly, what it means for their strategy.

My mission at RMC
My ambition is to further grow RMC as the leading data-driven partner for retail and city center development. By combining footfall data with Motivaction’s Mentality shopper profiles, we gain insight not only into who visits, but also why. This enables us to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide clients with insights that support their ambitions—both in the Netherlands and internationally.
