With a background in retail and a focus on data and technology, consumer behavior and shopping patterns have been the consistent themes of my career. Physical shopping behavior is evolving rapidly, and I see it as my challenge to provide our clients with real-time insights into this behavior. The next step is predicting future behavior using current shopper data. There’s work to be done!
I aim to be a reliable source of factual retail insights for my clients and find inspiration in new projects that put shopper behavior at the center. Connecting retail, technology, and data into straightforward solutions—whether through factsheets, reports, or apps—is what drives me.
I have extensive experience managing change processes in complex situations involving diverse stakeholders. This enables me to serve as the internal retail and customer conscience for several clients, guiding various transformation projects. My entrepreneurial and retail background allows me to unite stakeholders and identify opportunities for collaboration by keeping the consumer at the forefront.
Within the Motivaction framework, RMC will further expand its smart retailing positioning.
