Assignment

Shopping center De Kopermolen in the Merenwijk district of Leiden is a grocery shopping center with great potential, as highlighted in the regional Retail Vision. This is primarily due to its large, well-defined catchment area and limited competition. Van der Vorm Vastgoed had plans to redevelop the shopping center and asked RMC to research the target audience and then provide branching advice. To strengthen the redevelopment, Van der Vorm Vastgoed also wanted a strong identity and a marketing plan developed.

A strong and distinctive identity for Shopping Center De Kopermolen, serving as a foundation for both branching and marketing. This enables the owner to approach new retailers more effectively, a new logo was designed based on the identity, the Facebook page is now professionally managed, and events are better aligned with the target audience.
