Since my university days, I have been fascinated by the driving forces behind human behavior. By understanding the motivations and reasons behind the actions of consumers and citizens, I help organizations and businesses improve their functioning through Motivaction. All of this is grounded in reliable and robust research findings.
After earning my degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam (UvA), I have accumulated over 30 years of research experience at both Motivaction and its sister company, Glocalities. The common thread throughout my career is the desire to truly understand why people do what they do. This relentless curiosity fuels my passion for collaborating with talented colleagues on meaningful challenges for our clients every day.
In 2023, I was honored to be one of the recipients of the Insight250 Award.
