We are proud to introduce our latest product: Visitor Profiles across the Netherlands. The use of visitor and shopper profiles provides insights into shopping behaviors and the underlying motivations of relevant visitor groups. This allows you to better target your audience. The first reports have been successfully delivered to our clients, and we are happy to explain what this license offers and how we can assist your organization.

Where Do the Visitors Come From?
Every month, RMC provides entrepreneurs' associations, municipalities, and shopping centers with detailed reports. These analyze the footfallof the past month and the origin of visitors. We provide information on the catchment areas from which the most visitors and shoppers come, as well as their movement patterns within the shopping area or center.

Who Are the Visitors?
Thanks to our collaboration with Motivaction, we can not only tell where the visitors come from but also delve into who these visitors are. Using the Mentality model from Motivaction, we identify the most common visitor profiles. Our reports answer questions such as: What do these visitors and shoppers value? How do they make purchasing decisions? How can you best reach them? What events and influencing styles are effective for them? These insights into behavior and underlying motivations will help you better target your audience and make a real difference!

Our Licenses
RMC offers two types of licenses: Light and Premium.

  • Light Version: You receive a one-pager with a brief overview of the most common visitor profiles on a single A4 sheet. This includes a description of the visitor's value profile, as well as their favorite brands and preferences regarding product, place, price, and promotion.
  • Premium Version: This offers a more in-depth report of ten pages per visitor profile. A recent example is the report we compiled for BIZ Binnenstad Haarlem. You can view their detailed report through this [link].
